Return/ Refund Policies

Guarantee

We offer a 30 day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. Just return the product along with a copy of the invoice to BiomagScience and we will immediately refund the Product Purchase Price. (not including shipping/handling). If any product is used, the price of that product will be deducted.

BiomagScience cannot refund any product order shipped to any international customer who, upon Arrival Notice by Customs or Shipping Agency or BiomagScience, refuses to contact Customs or the Shipping agency or refuses to pay the required Custom’s fees to receive the shipment.

Power Warranty

If the Biomagnets ever lose their power, simply return them to BiomagScience and they will be replaced and shipped free of charge.

Any time I call with a specific question whether it’s for a challenging patient I’m working with or to ask for more information than may be in his book, Mr. Kulish exceeds my expectations for professionalism. I have many suppliers in my holistic practice, and while all are very good or I would not use them, somehow this man manages his time well enough to help puzzle out even the most complex case.
